These Salmon and Potato Nuggets are perfect for toddlers and baby-led weaning (BLW). Packed with salmon, cauliflower, broccoli, and mashed potato, they provide a nutritious, soft finger food option rich in protein and omega-3s.

Ideal for toddlers and baby-led weaning, these Salmon and Potato Nuggets are a nutritious, soft finger food made with salmon, veggies, and mashed potato.
4x 30g Nourishing Bubs Salmon cubes, defrosted
1x 25g Nourishing Bubs Cauliflower cube, defrosted
1x 25g Nourishing Bubs Broccoli cube, defrosted
1 medium potato
1 ½ tbsp fine breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp grated parmesan
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Bring a small pot of water to boil. Peel and cut the potato into quarters and place in the boiling water. Cook until soft enough to mash with a fork, then drain the water.
Add the salmon, cauliflower, broccoli and potato to a large bowl and mash with a fork.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
Take a tablespoon of mixture and using your hands, shape into a compact nugget and place on the baking tray. Repeat with all mixture.
Bake for 35 mins, flipping halfway through.
Suitable once bub has been introduced to dairy, wheat and fish.
