Ingredients

2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 ¾ cup rolled oats
1 tbsp Nourishing Bubs Tree Nut Maintenance mix
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
½ cup blueberries

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a loaf tin.
Add all ingredients (minus the blueberries) to a blender and blend until well combined.
Stir in the blueberries before transferring to the lined tin. Spread evenly with a spatula and sprinkle with more cinnamon (optional).
Bake for 25 minutes until golden and cooked through (test by inserting a skewer in the middle). Rest in the baking tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wired rack to cool completely before serving.

Recipe Note

Suitable once bub has been successfully introduced to eggs and all 9 tree nuts. If your bub hasn't been introduced to all nine tree nuts, you can swap this ingredient for a nut meal made from a nut they've already been exposed to.
