The strawberry puree adds a naturally sweet touch and is rich in vitamin C to boost your bub’s immune system and enhance iron absorption. Paired with yoghurt and fruit, these bites are a balanced and delicious meal option for little ones.

The French Toast Bites are packed with fibre from wholemeal bread to support digestion and protein from eggs to aid brain development and growth. Topped with strawberry puree rich in vitamin C, they’re a nutritious and delicious meal for your baby. Serve with yoghurt and fruit for a balanced, flavourful experience.
2 slices wholemeal bread
2 eggs
½ cup milk
1x 25g Nourishing Bubs Strawberry cube, defrosted and cooled
Preheat oven to 180°C and lightly grease a silicone muffin tray.
Slice the bread into small squares and evenly distribute among muffin moulds.
In a small bowl, mix together eggs and milk. (Optional: add ½ tsp vanilla essence and cinnamon). Evenly pour over each muffin mould and using a spoon, press down the bread to soak.
Top each bread mould with 1 tsp of Nourishing Bubs strawberry puree.
Bake for 30 mins, until golden and slightly crispy, and egg is cooked.
Serve with yoghurt and fruit.
Suitable once bub has successfully introduces to egg, wheat and dairy.
