These Cheesy Broc Tots are the perfect finger food for those infants embarking on Baby Led Weaning from 6 months, or once your bub has progressed from purees to finger foods. They can be served warm or cold and can even be added to lunchboxes for older children.
Note: Bub must be introduced to eggs, dairy and wheat before offering these, to assess for any allergies.

Nourishing Kitchen
2 cups raw broccoli, chopped
4 x 25g Nourishing Bubs Broccoli Puree Cubes, defrosted
2 eggs
½ cup cheddar cheese, grated
½ cup panko crumbs
⅓ cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
1 tsp onion powder
Olive oil spray, for baking
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped, but not pureed. Mixture should stick together when pressed together firmly. Using wet hands, press together heaped teaspoons of mixture into ‘tot’ or ‘potato gem’ shape. You should end up with 18-20 small logs.
Place on tray and refrigerate for 15 mins to firm slightly.
Spray with olive oil spray. Place in preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Once cooked, tots can be frozen and defrosted as required. Allow to cool before freezing.
