Made with protein-packed hemp seeds and tangy freeze-dried raspberries, this dough is lightly sweetened with maple syrup for just the right amount of natural sweetness. Directions: Remove the log from the freezer and allow to partially thaw for 10 -15 mins. Slice dough into 1cm disks and place on a baking tray. Cook for 10 mins at 170° C. Alternatively, allow the dough to thaw completely and roll and cut into desired shapes. Cook until lightly golden. Allow to cool before serving.
Serves: Each log makes 24+ biscuits
Ingredients: Wholewheat flour (wheat), butter (cream (milk)), maple syrup, hemp seeds (4.4%), freeze dried raspberries (1.5%) & vanilla.
