This honey bread dough is a cozy, comforting treat made especially for young palates. Delicately spiced with a hint of cinnamon and lightly sweetened with natural honey, it has just the right balance of flavour to delight little taste buds. Simply roll out and cut into your desired shapes with your little mini for a fun holiday activity then bake to fill your kitchen with the warm aroma of honey and cinnamon! Let your little one decorate if desired and enjoy this delicious homemade treat.

Remove the honey bread dough log from the freezer and allow to thaw for 20 mins. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin between 2 pieces of baking paper until the dough is even and approx. 4mm thick. Cut desired shapes with cookie cutter, and cook for approx. 10 mins at 170° C or until biscuits start to brown slightly. Allow to cool before handling. Decorate if desired.

Ingredients: Wholewheat flour (wheat), butter (cream (milk)), maple syrup, honey (10.1%), cinnamon, vanilla, bi-carbonate of soda & nutmeg.
