Tropical Mango Smoothie

This smoothie blend is a tropical delight! With a hint of turmeric to add an anti-inflammatory boost (great for adults) and to boost the colour. This can be enjoyed as a smoothie by the older kids, as a puree for the bubs or frozen into icy poles for those warm summer days!

4 x blocks Nourishing Bubs Apple puree (frozen)
1 mango, peeled & seeded
2 passionfruit, pulp (optional)
½ cup coconut chunks (freezer section at supermarket)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups coconut water or (milk alternative of your choice)
1 tsp turmeric (optional)
Blend in a high-speed blender until smooth.
