Berry Yoghurt Ice Blocks
Serves 6 | Preparation time 5 mins | Cooking time 4 hrs

These yummy Berry Yoghurt Ice Blocks provide cooling relief from the summer sun and offer a nutritious and delicious treat without the unnecessary sugar!
You can use any berries you wish and even swap berries for mango for something a little more tropical! The perfect treat for the whole family. They taste so decadent, you wouldn’t even know they are good for you!
When buying yoghurt, I always recommend choosing a full fat, unflavoured Greek yoghurt which lists only milk and live cultures in the ingredient list.

1 cup full fat Greek Yoghurt
4 x Nourishing Bubs Strawberry Blocks, defrosted
4 x Nourishing Bubs Plum Blocks, defrosted (adds some sweetness, if you don’t have just sub with maple syrup)
1/2 cup frozen raspberries (or berry of your choice)
2 tbsp Maple syrup (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Combine the Greek yoghurt with maple syrup (if using) and vanilla. Stir to combine.
- Add the Nourishing Bubs defrosted purees and frozen raspberries and fold into the yoghurt gently.
Tip: Don’t mix too much as they look quite spectacular with a mottled appearance and means you or your little one will get little flavour bursts when consuming them!
