Antioxidant Rich Berry Smoothie

An antioxidant rich smoothie packed with the goodness of berries and electrolytes from coconut water to keep kids and adults alike nourished and hydrated. This can also be consumed as a puree for bub!

IngredientsMethod

5 x Nourishing Bubs Pear & Plum blocks (use 2-3 of each flavour)

1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

½ cup raspberries (or other berry), fresh or frozen

1 cup coconut water

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Blend in a high-speed blender until smooth.
