These delicious pork and apple sausage rolls are a hit with little ones! Packed with juicy, savoury free-range pork and sweet apple, they have an extra secret—sneaky vegetables like grated carrots and zucchini, hidden inside to boost nutrition. The rolls are wrapped in premium, wholesome, additive-free spelt pastry from Carême, making them a healthier, buttery alternative for growing bodies. Perfect for lunchboxes, snacks, or dinner, these sausage rolls are yummy and nutritious, all without your kids even noticing the veggies!

Directions: Cut logs into desired number of portions (we recommend 4 per log) and transfer to a lined baking tray. Brush with egg / milk or milk and cook from frozen at 200°C for 25-30min, or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Ingredients: Australian free range pork (36.2%), wholemeal spelt puff pastry ((butter (cream (milk)), wholemeal spelt flour (wheat), white spelt flour (wheat), water, salt, vinegar), granny smith apple (18.1%), onion, carrot, garlic & thyme.
